Two people…. one man, one woman, both alone and naked in the wilderness….. no wait, that’s the Discovery Channel program, this is about the nude camping trip my wife and I had in November 2013 🙂
Our naked camping trip was awesome! we set off on the Saturday morning on a typical hot Aussie late Spring morning, we arrived at the parking area to be greeted by about ten car loads of children along with their fathers also preparing for a hike…. Chris looked at me, I looked at her and we both said “oh bugger” I was thinking “there goes my nude hike/camping trip” so we set off ahead of the kids and hiked down to the creek, by the time we had got across the other side of the creek we noticed that the kid/dad group had setup on the sand bar and were madly splashing around having a swim etc.
We continued upstream to my planned campsite away from the noisy kids and privately located behind some screening trees, as soon as we were at our campsite out of sight of them Chris and I were naked, we had a rest then jumped in the cool inviting creek water, she really enjoyed it and she was floating like a starfish all around the creek laughing, it was sheer delight seeing her enjoying herself so much.

We then went back to camp for lunch, then we heard voices, two males and a female came down for a noisy swim in the pool near our camp… we were not impressed with this intrusion so we were relieved when they left.
After the noisy people left we went downstream to explore the big sandy beach as the kids/dad group had long left, we floated around for awhile then wandered back to camp to lay on our towels for awhile, then I saw movement on the other side of the creek… it was two fishermen slowly working their way towards our camp, I coughed loudly so they would know there is people about, hoping they would get the hint to not come near us, which they seemed to so they went upstream, away from us.
Chris wanted to go swimming again, she said “who cares about the fishermen, let’s just go in the water again!” so we dived back in and swam upstream to where we then found a natural spa bath which we sat in for ages, it was relaxing and invigorating, we completely forgot about the fishermen, then after awhile we went back to camp to have a coffee.

Chris announced that she needed to attend to a call of nature, so she headed off to the designated spot we had made under a rock overhang away from camp…. 10 seconds later I heard her laughing & running back into camp, turns out less than 50 meters from our camp one of the fishermen was fishing and Chris had not seen him as she was looking down at the ground.
She said that he had just gave her a wave with a smile as if to say “I see you, no worries” since then I have been telling Chris that she will be on the cover of next months “Fisherman’s Monthly” magazine LOL
In closing we had an absolutely fantastic weekend, we were naked in the wilderness from about 10am Saturday until 10am Sunday morning, the weather was sunny Saturday with overnight drizzle, then light rain Sunday from about 10am as were packing and were walking out.
I tried to catch some fish early Sunday morning… no luck.

Chris really enjoyed her first nude camp/first rough camp with no facilities, she can’t wait to do it again the first chance we get! 🙂

I’d love to do something similar. I think my son would be up for it, but my wife and daughter have a limit as to how rough they’ll rough it.
I’m trying to talk them into an overnighter at one of the National Park spots. One of those camping spots where the only thing they provide is a long drop.
Plenty of summer yet so I’ll see how it goes 🙂
Well I thought Chris wouldn’t be up for roughing it either… she’s camped at council caravan parks etc on unpowered sites where they have a communal shower/toilet block etc, so when I told her I wanted to do a nude camp in the wilderness one day I didn’t expect her to want to come to.
When I told her she said “I would like to do that!” I told her that there is no toilet & you have to dig a hole & she said “I think it would be good for me to get out of my comfort zone for a change”
I haven’t camped rough since I was a kid & back then it wa sthe only way we camped… sometimes with no toilet paper! LOL
She really enjoyed herself & has already asked when we are going again!
I’m envious LOL. We’ve done our fair share of semi rough camping. Mainly camping grounds where the facilities have been pretty basic. No power. Rocks for ground cover.
We also did the Tongarero crossing over 4 days in NZ which was pretty basic. Carry everything in. No showers. Bathing in the freezing cold streams there was terrific.
I love the valley walks in the Blue Mountains. My brother in law used to live up there, so we’ve done a few hikes.
Maybe if I announce the boy and I are going bush, the ladies might surprise us by wanting to come along 🙂
Where Chris & I went was the Blue Mountains, I’ve been visiting that area since I was about 13 & going nude every chance I got 😉

Absolutely great, totally natural, I’ve done some camping in naturist parks but never wild, though I’ve done quite a bit of naked walking in our lovely countryside!
I’d not done it since I was a kid and I’ve taken Chris naked walking/skinny dipping to this general area before, not in my wildest dreams did I think she would consent to doing a wild camp!
